Windows 7 (TrustedInstaller) CPU Fix

Windows 7 CPU Fix by IP.Predator
This is some easy solution for those like me, who have problems with Windows 7 eating up all of your CPU.
This causes heavy lag with just 2 programs running, or in games.
The problem is the Windows service, called TrustedInstaller.
It is a tool that updates, installs and removes applications and system updates.
Unfortunately it has some issues with shutting down, and will on some systems, continue to load the CPU to the limit with scans and indexing.
The solution is this installer. It will drop a batch file on your PC, and write a line in your startup section of the registry database.
From that point it will kill TrustedInstaller.exe on system start. The service will still be able to activate when it's needed.
I also made an option available, for setting a desktop shortcut for the batch file.
With this you can manually run the batch file with ease, as it will most likely be haunting your PC yet again after running an installer of some sort or Windows update.
Use this fix if you have the problem mentioned here, or don't bother installing it.
